Client + Testimonials
Our clients are so important to us and we accomplish a lot together. See who we have helped and how.
GAMMA PHI BETA
Dyad Strategies has consulted Gamma Phi Beta sorority from the very beginning. Gamma Phi was instrumental in the development of our sisterhood instrument. We've also been working together to analyze differences at the chapter level and qualitatively explore outlier chapters within their organization.
ZETA TAU ALPHA
After many years in the industry, Zeta Tau Alpha fraternity was also there from the very beginning with the development of our sisterhood instrument. Following that, we developed an instrument to measure ZTA's core values and provided analysis at the chapter level.
Delta Upsilon fraternity approached us for consultation on how to map their standards, outcomes and values to chapter success. What they received was a customized diagnostic picture of each chapter that became invaluable to their chapter services and education departments.
Vanderbilt fraternity and sorority life approached us as an every-other-year alternative to their assessment work with EBI. We were able to customize an assessment that accesses our national dataset, and also provides some custom measures that were important to their community.
TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY
TCU fraternity and sorority life approached us for a customized president's academy and chapter resident assistant workshop that accessed our research on brotherhood and sisterhood from an ethical leadership lens. What resulted was a weekend experience built around concepts found in "The Apple or the Barrel" program.
SIGMA ALPHA EPSILON
Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity wanted a customized instrument to measure the values inherent in "The True Gentleman."
WE'VE ALSO DONE CONSULTING ON BROTHERHOOD AND SISTERHOOD FROM COAST TO COAST SINCE OUR COMPANY BEGAN. BELOW ARE SOME OF THE CAMPUSES WE'VE VISITED.
COURTNEY MCKENNA, QUINNIPIAC UNIVERSITY
“Redefining Brotherhood really resonated with our students. By giving them a chance to think about ways to build a better brotherhood, this program helped them rethink what it means to be in a fraternity.”
SIMONE KLEIN, CORNELL UNIVERSITY
“Redefining Sisterhood was extremely meaningful to me. As a member of my chapter’s Executive Board, it was so eye-opening for me to see that by reshaping the chapter culture to further members’ sense of belonging and appreciation of values, we can make a lifelong difference for our members.”
CLARYBEL PEGUERO, DUKE UNIVERSITY
“It is refreshing to see material that has a high research content and that provides real-life examples. Dyad Strategies has uniquely grounded analysis about the fraternal experience and its impact of brotherhood and sisterhood.”
SAMANTHA KELTNER, GAMMA PHI BETA SORORITY
“Working with Dyad Strategies has allowed us to engage in qualitative and quantitative research projects that far exceeds anything we would have been able to accomplish in-house. The findings from these research projects have influenced our recommendations for best practices in chapter operations and helped clarify our organizational priorities.”
DAN FAILL, ELON UNIVERSITY
“Not only did our data reaffirm what FSL staff thought - it helped create a better conversation with chapters, advisors, and senior administration. It became a framework for our office to move forward with a strategic plan, grounded in data, analysis, and findings. The information was so helpful, in fact, the University agreed to conduct the research every two years in order to better understand organizational culture and see change in our community.”
BECKY GLEASON, ZETA TAU ALPHA FRATERNITY
“ZTA began working with Dyad Strategies to create and administer a personalized values assessment to measure ZTA’s impact on collegiate members. What we learned helps us be targeted in our strategic priorities, educational programming and resources to further develop the women in our chapters. Their work has reframed how we look at our organization and what success means in our chapters.”
