Dyad Strategies Announces New Facilitation Team

Dyad Strategies announced today the creation of a new program facilitation team. This team will become a major component of Dyad’s programming arm, visiting client campuses and delivering data-driven student programs and workshops for campuses who complete the Dyad Campus Assessment , helping chapters and communities understand the strengths and weaknesses of their brother/sisterhood and chapter culture.


Logan Davis
Logan is the Assistant Director of Education and Development for Prevention Programs at Delta Gamma Executive Offices, overseeing prevention education and harm reduction efforts for the Fraternity. Prior to working at Delta Gamma, Logan was the fraternity and sorority life advisor at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith (UAFS).  His interest in teaching and helping student makes safer, more informed decisions led him to pursue his current role. He is a member and volunteer for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Prior to UAFS, Logan attended graduate school at Louisiana State University where he earned his Master’s Degree in Higher Education. Logan has been a facilitator for various fraternal organizations and brings a wealth of knowledge related to harm reduction and student wellness.

Molly Devine
Molly brings nearly 10 years of experience working with fraternity and sorority members both as a campus-based professional and headquarters staff member. As a chapter consultant for Phi Mu, she visited approximately 50 chapters over two years, assisted in establishing two new chapters, and served as a resident consultant for several growing chapters. In her various roles on campuses, Molly has advised chapters from the Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, National-Panhellenic Council, and Panhellenic Council, and also served as the primary advisor for IFC at Texas Christian University. In her current role as the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at TCU, she has applied Dyad Strategies’ research to the fraternity and sorority residential housing communities to increase cross-chapter connectedness in the facilities, decrease incidents of vandalism, and train chapter resident assistants how to utilize their chapter specific data to enhance the residential living and learning experience. An active volunteer in the fraternity and sorority community, Molly also holds the Assistant Executive Director of Educational Programs board position for SEIFC and is a Panhellenic Specialist for Phi Mu.

Jacob Ellis
Jacob is a Higher Education Master’s candidate at Florida State University with an assistantship in the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities. In addition to his assistantship, he also holds internships the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Florida State University, managing several summer assessment projects. Before graduate school, Jacob served as a Leadership Consultant and Undergraduate Director for Delta Upsilon International Fraternity. As a consultant, he lead the expansion and colony development at Syracuse University and assisted expansions at the University of Texas at Austin and Florida International University, and used Dyad data to help DU chapters across the country improve their culture.  Jacob has served as an intern for various national conferences and programs including AFLV Central, AFLV West, UIFI, and the Interdisciplinary Hazing Prevention Institute. He has helped facilitate fraternity & sorority leadership programs for Delta Upsilon, Delta Tau Delta, the University of North Florida, and Purdue University.

Brittany Todd
Brittany currently serves as the Director of Risk Intervention and Safety Education at Texas Tech University. In this role, Brittany is responsible for the comprehensive prevention education and bystander intervention programs at Texas Tech University. At Texas Tech, Brittany facilitates a variety of educational workshops within the Greek community focused on hazing and violence prevention, self-governance and group accountability, alcohol and other drug prevention, and social event risk management. Brittany’s professional and volunteer experiences working with fraternities and sororities include developing and implementing organizational conduct policies and processes, training standards boards, membership recruitment, fundraising, alumni engagement, and developing meaningful new member experiences. Brittany holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Alabama, a master's degree in Higher Education from Auburn University and is a doctoral candidate in Higher Education from Auburn University and is a member of Alpha Chi Omega.
