Dyad Strategies Releases 2022 WHITEPAPER

Pensacola, FL – Today, Dyad Strategies announced the release of the 2022 Dyad Strategies Whitepaper.

PENSACOLA, FL – Earlier today, Dyad Strategies announced the release of their 2022 whitepaper. Entitled “The Impact of Recruitment Timing and Structure on Fraternity and Sorority Chapter Culture,” the 2022 whitepaper examines a number of data points connecting the timing and structure of recruitment processes to a number of chapter culture outcomes.

The 2022 whitepaper is presented against a backdrop of seismic shifts on college campuses. Looming enrollment and demographic trends are already having a significant impact on fraternity and sorority membership. More and more college campuses are shifting to deferred recruitment processes. National fraternity and sorority headquarters and campuses have launched initiatives focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion, examining some of the systemic barriers to diversity in historically white fraternities and sororities.

“Considerations about the pipeline of students joining fraternity and sorority chapters has never been more important,” said Gentry McCreary, the CEO of Dyad Strategies. “This whitepaper examines who is joining, why they are joining, and how different joining processes impact the culture of fraternity and sorority chapters.”

“As campuses continue to grapple with questions related to building healthy, thriving fraternity and sorority communities, we hope this whitepaper provides clear direction to college and university administrators,” said Joshua Schutts, Dyad’s chief research officer and one of the reports co-authors. “More than ever, we need to be making data-informed decisions. This whitepaper will allow us to be much more informed in conversations about the joining process for fraternities and sororities.”
